Public Notice: Use of Forged Documents.

The general public is hereby notified that the people in the pictures above are Lameck Kavundula, Chifundo Banda and Boyd Tchongwe who have allegedly been using forged documents to allocate plots on behalf of the Council.

The Council wishes to inform the public that Lameck Kavundula was once an employee of the Council and was dismissed from service.

Blantyre City Council is, therefore, appealing to the general public that these people are not employees of the Council and are not authorized to conduct any transaction on behalf of the Council.

Please be aware that the Council will not be liable if any member of the public transacts any business with them on behalf of the Council.
