Revision Of Development Charges At Mzedi Residential Estate

Notice is hereby given to all residents that the Council will revise upwards development charges at Mzedi residential estate effective 26 December 2023. Those who were allocated plots at the said estate are advised to clear their arrears by this date. Failure to comply with this final reminder will result in the Council re-allocating the plots to other applicants on the waiting list using the new rates. Remember that it is only after you pay the development fees that the Council will be able to develop the area, which will in turn ease your construction works.
