Notice is hereby given to all residents that plots are immediately available for allocation at the Mzedi Residential Estate following a gazetted notice of plot withdrawal for all allottees who failed to honour their obligations.

Applications are therefore being invited from those interested in being considered for the allocation of a residential plot in this Estate. Those who previously expressed interest (by filling out application forms are advised to reapply). Serialised forms (corresponding to the plots) will be available in hybrid, i.e., hardcopy and electronic formats after payment of the non-refundable plot application fee of MK60,000.00, which must be deposited into the following bank account:

Please furnish the Council with copies of the deposit slip and colour National ID to obtain the forms by contacting the Directorate of Town Planning and Estates Services on 0999955945, 0999558860, 0888125069, and bccplanning@bccmw.com

Remember that the plots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
